目的建立山西道地药材远志的毛细管电泳指纹图谱(CEFP),获得对照图谱,并与不同产地远志药材指纹图谱相比较,以控制远志质量。方法未涂层毛细管柱(75μm×57 cm,有效长度50 cm);缓冲液:25%甲醇的20 mmol.L 1硼砂溶液;分离电压:18 kV;检测波长:210 nm;温度:25℃;进样条件:0.5 psi,5 s。使用指纹图谱相似度评价软件进行数据处理,比较分析远志HPCE指纹图谱的相似度。结果建立了山西道地远志药材的HPCE指纹图谱共有模式,并比较了不同产地远志药材HPCE指纹图谱的相似度。结论所建立的CEFP具有较好的重复性,为远志药材质量控制提供了新方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish capillary electrophoresis fingerprinting (CEFP) of Polygalaceae Polygalae in Shanxi Province and obtain the control map, and compare with the fingerprints of Polygalaceae from different habitats to control the quality of Polygala tenuifolia. Method Uncoated capillary column (75 μm × 57 cm, effective length 50 cm); buffer: 20 mmol·L -1 borax solution in 25% methanol; separation voltage: 18 kV; detection wavelength: 210 nm; Injection conditions: 0.5 psi, 5 s. The fingerprint similarity evaluation software was used to process the data, and the similarity of Polygalaceae HPCE fingerprints was analyzed. Results The common pattern of HPCE fingerprints of Polygalaceae from Shanxi Province was established and the similarity of HPCE fingerprints of Polygalaceae from different habitats was compared. Conclusion The established CEFP has good repeatability and provides a new method for the quality control of Polygala tenuifolia.
