分析了一种新型的毫米波TWT慢波电路─双交错式Millitron梯形电路。用三维有限元法对双交错梯形慢波电路的色散特性进行了分析,求得了双交错慢波结构的三维场分布。计算表明,双交错式Millitron梯形慢波电路可以得到40%的冷带宽,其+1次谐波为前向波,热带宽可达20%左右,同时进行了实验研究,实验结果和理论值良好符合。
A new type of millimeter TWT slow wave circuit ─ ─ double interleaved Millitron ladder circuit is analyzed. The dispersion characteristics of double interleaved trapezoidal slow-wave circuit are analyzed by using the 3D finite element method. The 3D field distribution of the double interleaved slow-wave structure is obtained. The calculated results show that the double interleaved Millitron trapezoidal slow-wave circuit can obtain 40% of the cold bandwidth, the +1 harmonic is the forward wave and the thermal bandwidth can reach about 20%. At the same time, the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical ones .
