本文通过对一个西北农村村长选举的实地观察,描述了柏树村村长选举程序道路的确定始末,分析了选举过程中候选人行动和村民态度,根据选举结果归纳出关系网、家族霸权、个人经济地位及姓氏因素影响选举。而个人素质和人口流动对选举的影响较少。本人认为,应该完善现行村委会选举制度,才能充分发挥基层民主。
Based on the field observation of the election of village chief in northwestern countryside, this paper describes the determination of the path of the election procedure of the chief executive of BaiShu village, analyzes the candidates’ actions and attitudes of villagers in the election process, and concludes the relationship network, family hegemony and individual Economic status and surname affect election. The impact of personal qualities and population movements on the election is less. In my opinion, we should perfect the existing election system of village committees and give full play to grassroots democracy.
