目的:探讨氧合液的抗休克作用和机制。方法:在4 700m 的高海拔区实地观察了氧合液对高原失血性休克家兔脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。结果:氧合液治疗后能明显降低休克动物血浆和组织中MDA水平,提高血浆和组织中SOD、GSH—PX水平,降低血浆和组织中GSH水平。结论:休克后及时使用氧合液治疗能早期纠正体内脂质过氧化损伤,恢复休克机体内氧化与抗氧化新的平衡,从而促进休克机体复苏。
Objective: To investigate the anti-shock effect and mechanism of oxygenated solution. Methods: The protective effect of oxygenated liquid on lipid peroxidation in hemorrhagic shock rabbits at 4 700 m high altitude was observed. Results: Oxygenated liquid could obviously reduce the level of MDA in plasma and tissue, increase the level of SOD and GSH-PX in plasma and tissue, and decrease the level of GSH in plasma and tissue. Conclusion: The prompt use of oxygenate solution after shock can early correct lipid peroxidation injury in vivo and restore the new balance of oxidation and antioxidation in shock body, thus promoting the recovery of shock body.
