随着资本随行入市,艺术品市场开始成为投资的香饽饽,艺术品收藏也成为继房地产、股票之后的投资新宠。据资料显示,金融证券业的平均投资回报率为15%,房地产业为21%,而艺术品投资的回报率却在30%以上。在艺术品中又以中国当代艺术品为甚,这可以从4月11日落锤的香港苏富比2008年春季当代中国艺术拍卖结果窥见一斑。
As the market for capital went public, the art market began to become a symbol of investment, and the collection of works of art became the new favorite for investment after real estate and stock. According to statistics, the average return on investment of the financial and securities industry is 15% and the real estate industry is 21%, while the return on investment in works of art is above 30%. In the works of art, there are even more contemporary Chinese artworks, as can be seen from the results of the auction of contemporary Chinese art in Sotheby’s Hong Kong on the spring of April 11th.
