目的分析岑溪市2008~2012年受检样品的微生物监测结果,为预防控制和应急处置由食品、饮水、公共场所用品和医疗器械等引发的公共卫生事件,提供科学依据。方法将现场抽检或被检单位送检的五大类样品微生物检测结果汇总,并进行分析。结果 2008~2012年岑溪市五大类微生物检验样品23 813份,总平均合格率为84.46%,5年的合格率呈逐年上升趋势;食品及食品用产品、水质、餐饮具、公共场所和医疗器械总平均合格率分别为81.12%、84.07%、84.60%、86.31%、86.76%,食品中的熟肉制品平均合格率偏低(68.58%);餐饮具消毒质量有下降的趋势;而医疗机构消毒质量则保持在较高水平,并逐年略微上升,五年平均合格率达96.46%。结论除餐饮用具外,岑溪市各种健康相关产品微生物检测合格率呈逐年上升,还需进一步加强卫生监督监测工作,并采取有针对性的预防与控制措施,提高卫生质量,确保人民群众的健康和安全。
Objective To analyze the results of microbial monitoring of the samples in Cenxi City from 2008 to 2012 and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of public health emergencies caused by food, drinking water, public places supplies and medical devices. Methods The results of microbiological tests of the five major types of samples collected by the spot sampling or seized units were summarized and analyzed. Results A total of 23 813 samples of five categories of microorganisms were collected in Cenxi City from 2008 to 2012, with a total average passing rate of 84.46%.
