“沪上·生态家”作为2010年上海世博会最佳实践区的上海案例展示了上海地区全生命周期的低碳居住理念和绿色宜居模式。舒适宜居的室内环境是本次案例展示的主要内容和主题之一。在确定了该特殊建筑室内环境的评价标准之后,采用检测与监测相结合的测试与评价方法,对该建筑在世博运营期间进行测试评价。结果表明,“沪上·生态家”在世博运营期间的室内环境满足室内环境的评价标准要求:采用检测与监测相结合的测试与评价方法,可以客观有效的评价和保障室内环境的正常运营。
Shanghai Case Study Shanghai as a Best Practices Area for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo Showcases the Low-carbon Living Concept and Green livability Model of Shanghai’s Whole Life Cycle. Comfortable and livable indoor environment is one of the main contents and themes of this case presentation. After confirming the evaluation criteria for the indoor environment of this special building, a test and evaluation method combining testing and monitoring is adopted to test and evaluate the building during the Expo operation period. The results show that the indoor environment of “Shanghai Eco-house” during the Expo operation meets the evaluation criteria of indoor environment. The testing and evaluation method combined with detection and monitoring can objectively and effectively evaluate and guarantee the normal indoor environment Operate.
