民营企业作为中国经济的重要组成部分,以其强大的生命力活跃于中国的各个地区,为中国经济的发展作出了巨大的贡献。但目前中国民营企业“官商结合”、“胡雪岩现象”普遍存在。这种现象的存在有其深刻的历史、经济、文化根源。本文以进化博弈论为分析框架,阐述此种现象存在的成因,并在此基础上提出抑制民营企业寻租的制度创新。
As an important part of China’s economy, private enterprises are active in all regions of China with their strong vitality and made tremendous contributions to the economic development of China. However, at present, the private-owned enterprises in China are combining officials and businessmen, and Hu Xueyan phenomenon is widespread. The existence of this phenomenon has its profound historical, economic and cultural roots. In this paper, evolutionary game theory as the analysis framework, explain the reasons for the existence of such phenomena, and on this basis put forward to curb private enterprises rent-seeking innovation.
