In the rapid development of technology, the influence of physical factors on the body is growing. Staff and military personnel who utilize high-speed vehicles are often subject to linear or centrifugal acceleration resulting in dysfunctional vestibulocochlea. This article aims to study the ultrastructural changes of the otolareceptors in guinea pigs and rabbits with chronic suppurative otitis media under acceleration. Centrifugal acceleration was performed with a centrifuge, animals were fixed in two positions; centrifugal force can exert compression (+ Gx) and pull (-Gx) effect on the otolith membrane of the ellipsoid capsule. Overload stimulation to do a total of 10 times, for 5 seconds. After the end of 1 hour, 6 to 12 hours, 24 hours and two weeks each killed two guinea pigs and two rabbits. 2 other guinea pigs
