一、前言 活塞体积稳定性是一个重要的综合性指标。造成活塞体积不稳定性的因素有: 1、合金材料金相组织的不稳定引起活塞体积变化。这涉及到合金材料的化学成份,变质方法等。给我们提出了什么样的金相组织对体积稳定性有利。 2、活塞的内应力大小,其中包括活塞热处理造成的内应力,机械加工造成的内应力,这涉及到热处理规范的选择。机械加工工艺的改进。为了研究应力,应力的测量也是一个重要问题。 3、合金材料膨胀系数大小而引起活塞体积变化。这就要求我们研制使用低膨胀的活塞用合金材料。 4、活塞结构设计不合理而引起活塞体积的变形。这就要求我们在活塞结构设计时要考虑这一因素。 上述四方面是影响活塞体积稳定性的重要因素,从中我们可以看到活塞体积稳定性确实
