雷公藤为卫矛科公藤属植物,它含有多种有效成分,国内外学者已从雷公藤属植物分离近70种化学成分,如生物碱类、二(?)类、三(?)类、倍半(?)及糖类等化合物,且已证明它们具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗生育、抗病原微生物等广泛的药理学作用[1、2、3]。近年来,随着免疫制剂的广泛应用,国内外学者对雷公藤免疫调节做了大量的研究。本文就雷公藤对人体细胞免疫调节作用的实验和临床研究状况作一概述。1 雷公藤对人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的作用 范勇毅等[4]用雷公藤多甙T2及其单体T4对正常人PBMC产生白细胞介素2(IL-2)的活性进行研究。结果证明,T4对PHA刺激的人PBMC产生IL-2的活性具有剂量
Tripterygium is a plant of the genus Euonymus, which contains various active ingredients. Domestic and foreign scholars have isolated nearly 70 chemical constituents from the plants of Tripterygium, such as alkaloids, bis(?), and tri(?). Compounds have been shown to have a wide range of pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, immunomodulatory, anti-fertility, and anti-pathogenic microorganisms [1, 2, 3]. In recent years, with the widespread use of immune preparations, scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the immune regulation of Tripterygium wilfordii. This article gives an overview of the experimental and clinical research status of the cellular immune regulation effect of Tripterygium wilfordii. 1 Effects of Tripterygium Wilfordii on Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) Fan Yongyi et al.
