【本刊讯】住建部近日透露,截至今年一季度末,在我国新型城镇化建设过程中已有104个城市开展了智慧城市规划建设,80%以上的二级城市明确提出将建设智慧城市。据了解,目前住建部已公布了两批193个智慧城市试点单位,这些试点单位分布较广,发展水平也千差万别。对于一些小城市或欠发达地区来说,无论是基础设施还是信息化建设,都无法与发达地区采取同样的评判标准。对此,住建部数字城市工程研究中心相关负责人表示,我国的57个智慧城市建设指标中,会综合考虑不同城市的行政级
