“史力丰”是江苏省油力特科技发展有限公司于1999年引进优质品种“Holl”与当地品种“荣选”、“托尔”进行多元复交选育的“双低”油菜新品种。2001年3月被农业部列入《农业植物新品种保护公报》,2002年7月通过安徽省审定和江苏省认定,2002年12月通过国家级审定。句容市于2000年开始引进,2001年在丘陵地区大卓、袁巷、黄梅等镇示范,2002年秋全市各丘陵、圩区镇均有种植,面积达3.3万hm~2,表现高产稳产,增产增收效果明显。
