本课题对影响籼稻培养诱导率的6种因素进行了试验观察和分析。结果表明,不同基因型的花药诱导率存在很大差异。这种差异与培养因素有关。如诱导培养基的成份、内含激素种类配比或添加有机附加物(CH和Pro)等。低温预处理对提高籼稻绿苗诱导频率效果最为显著,但不同的基因型小孢于耐受力不同,所需预处理时间也不同。花药接种后进行变温处理比直接置于26─27℃下培养提早一周形成愈伤组织,并且出愈速度快、集中、分化成苗也比对照提高1倍左右。
The subject of six factors that affect the induction rate of indica rice experiments were observed and analyzed. The results showed that different genotypes of anther induction there is a big difference. This difference is related to culture factors. Such as induction of the composition of the medium, containing hormone types or organic additives (CH and Pro) and so on. Cryopreservation was the most effective way to improve the induction frequency of indica green seedlings. However, the different genotypes of microspore were different in tolerance, and the pretreatment time needed was also different. Anther treatment after inoculation than directly placed at 26 ─ 27 ℃ culture callus formation one week earlier, and the more quickly out of focus, differentiation into seedlings than control increased by about 1 times.
