目的探讨单期矫治对Ⅱ类错()儿童临床疗效。方法回顾性分析60例进行单期矫治的牙性Ⅱ类错()儿童资料,分析儿童治疗前后X线头影测量情况,并采用PAR指数对儿童治疗前、治疗后模型进行测量,分析单期矫治的治疗情况。结果在骨组织角度测量方面,治疗后SNB显著升高(P<0.05)、ANB显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后下中切牙到NB平面的距离L1-NB(MM)与下中切牙长轴与NB平面连线之交角L1-NB(°)显著升高(P<0.05),而在其他X线头影评价项目上,治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后患儿上颌前牙段排列、上颌后牙段排列、下颌前牙段排列、下颌后牙段排列、颊侧咬合关系、覆盖、覆()、中线、PAR总分以及PAR加权总分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗后加权总分减少率为(82.37±7.29)%。结论单期矫治对Ⅱ类错()儿童治疗效果非常明显,无论从尖牙关系、磨牙关系、覆盖、覆()、牙齿排列上均达到了矫治的目的,疗效令人满意,值得临床推广。
