美洲斑潜蝇在温州一年发生约14代,夏秋两季为害尤其严重,主要为害瓜类、豆类、白菜类及茄果类等多种蔬菜,给生产带来巨大的损失。为此,我所于1997年进行美洲斑潜蝇田间药效试验,以筛选出高效、低毒的农药。 一、材料与方法 (一)供试材料: 48%乐斯本EC(美国陶氏公司);1%对引杀虫素EC(浙江海门化工厂);10%康复多SL(德国拜耳公司); 20%杀灭菊酯EC(浙江杭州威尔达公司); 18%杀虫双AC(福建福鼎县农药厂);20%三唑磷EC(浙江温州农化厂)。共有6 个供试品种。 (二)试验方法:试验于8月24日在温州市瓯海区娄桥镇进行。蔬菜品种为本地八棱丝瓜,定植大田已 45天,植株生长健壮。每亩设48%乐斯本EC24g、1% 7051杀虫素 EC0.167g、 10%康复多SL1g、20%杀灭菊酯EC5g、18%杀虫双AC18g、20%三唑磷EC20g及空白对照7个处理.3次重复,随机
Liriomyza occidentalis flies in Wenzhou about 14 generations a year, particularly harmful summer and autumn, the main damage melons, beans, cabbage and solanaceous and other vegetables, to produce a huge loss. To this end, I conducted a field trial of Liriomyza sativae in 1997 to screen out highly effective and low-toxic pesticides. Materials and methods (a) Materials for testing: 48% Rexben EC (Dow Corning, USA); 1% insecticide EC (Zhejiang Haimen Chemical Factory); 10% Rehab Multi SL (Bayer AG, ; 20% fenvalerate EC (Hangzhou, Zhejiang Verda); 18% insecticidal double AC (Fujian Fuding Pesticide Factory); 20% triazophos EC (Zhejiang Wenzhou Agrochemicals). There are 6 varieties tested. (B) test method: test on August 24 in Ouhai District, Wenzhou Lou Bridge town.
