要提高幼儿园的保教质量单靠幼儿园是不够的,家长也要积极参与,以形成合力,共同为幼儿的发展创造良好的条件。为此,我经常给家长布置“任务”。如在开展有关汽车的主题活动时,我会请家长帮助孩子查找有关资料,共同完成小制作,等等。不料,有些家长对此提出了意见。有的说:“我们工作忙,顾不了孩子这么多事。”有的说:“有些知识我们也不懂,所以有些事我们也完成不了。”有的说:“有些事超过了孩子的能力,不得不由我们包办。”面对家长的意见,我感到困惑:难道我的做法错了?怎样利用家长资源才能既不给家长增添负担,又能有效促进孩子发展?对此您有好的建议和做法吗?
