目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUVP)治疗前列腺增生(BPH)的安全和疗效。方法回顾性分析经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗124例前列腺增生症患者临床资料。结果手术均获成功,手术操作35~70 m in,术中出血量80~220 m l,平均(120±20)m l。手术切除前列腺重量26~65 g,平均(29±8)g,IPSS评分平均降至10.0分。最大尿流率平均为19.0 m l/s。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术具有安全性高、出血少,手术时间短、并发症少、疗效确切的优点。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of transurethral vaporization of the prostate (TUVP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods The clinical data of 124 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) treated by transurethral vaporization of the prostate were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operation was successful. The operative operation ranged from 35 to 70 mins. The intraoperative blood loss was 80 to 220 m l, with an average of (120 ± 20) m l. Surgical removal of prostate weight 26 ~ 65 g, an average of (29 ± 8) g, IPSS score average dropped to 10.0 points. The average maximum flow rate was 19.0 m l / s. Conclusion Transurethral vaporization of the prostate has the advantages of high safety, less bleeding, shorter operation time, fewer complications and definite curative effect.
