十五大以来,我国改革开放进入了新的发展阶段,一大批新经济组织(如股份制、股份合作制企业及个体、私营企业)雨后春笋般发展起来,加强这些新经济组织的党建工作,注重在新经济组织中发展党员是新时期党的建设的一个新课题。 一、在新经济组织中发展党员是时代赋予的新要求 据四川省南充市统计,截止1997年底,全市个体工商户发展到12.01万户,比上年增长20％,从业人员15万人,增长23.2％,私营企业发展到1013户,比上年增长
Since the 15th CPC National Congress, China’s reform and opening up have entered a new stage of development. A large number of new economic organizations (such as joint-stock companies, joint-stock cooperative enterprises, and private-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises) have been mushroomed and the party building work of these new economic organizations has been strengthened.
