行政伦理选择理论对于行政道德建设具有重要的指导意义。但以往的认识过于理性化 ,即它是建立在道德自律和为道德而道德的理论基础之上的 ,实践证明 ,这是一种片面、脱离实际从而不能有效指导人们道德实践的理论。必须走出道德自律论的误区 ,才能构建有效的行政伦理选择机制。正确的幸福观是有效地进行道德选择的内在机制 ,建立德福一致的公正制度是有效地进行道德选择的外在机制
The theory of administrative ethics selection has important guiding significance to the construction of administrative ethics. However, the past understanding is too rational. That is, it is based on the theory of moral self-discipline and morality and morality. Practice has proved that this theory is a one-sided theory which can not effectively guide people's moral practice.
