绪 言 近来空气压缩机和制冷压缩机的体积更小,转速提高,运转条件更为苛刻。确切了解压缩机实际运转吸入阀和排出阀的应力分布,是关系到阀性能和阀片强度的重大问题。 关于阀片强度的报告有几篇,但它们不完全、无系统。极需制订阀片应力测定的方法与进行包括阀片应力分析在内的一系列研究。为了确切了解阀片的应力,对脆性涂料法、应变仪法和镀铜法这三种测定阀片之类薄板应力方法的应用与有关问题进行了研究,制订了测定规程。这些方法用于测定压缩机运转时各种气阀每一部位的应力级和应力分布。
INTRODUCTION Air compressors and refrigeration compressors have recently been smaller, faster, and operate more harshly. It is a significant issue that relates to the valve performance and the strength of the valve that an exact understanding of the stress distribution in the suction and discharge valves of the compressor is actually in operation. There are several reports on the strength of valve plates, but they are incomplete and unsystematic. There is a great need to develop a method of stress measurement of the valve plate and a series of studies including stress analysis of the valve plate. In order to get an accurate understanding of the stress of the valve plate, the application of the three methods of measuring the sheet stress such as the brittle coating method, the strain gauge method and the copper plating method and the related problems were studied, and the determination procedures were worked out. These methods are used to determine the stress level and stress distribution of each part of the various gas valves during compressor operation.
