俗话说,“十年树木百年树人”。教育工作是一项长期而且复杂的需要有耐心的良心工作,也是学生健康成长的基础。尤其是作为学校分管德育和安全工作的副校长如何做好日常学校管理工作起到举足轻重的作用,同时也是影响教育工作质量能否高效实现的关键因素。那么,随着素质教育理念的贯彻落实,学校管理工作应该从哪些方面着手进行转变呢?笔者从自己主管的“德育和安全”两个角度入手说一说素质教育下我们该如何做好学校管理工作,如何为提高学校
