互联网是一把双刃剑,在促进信息快速传播同时也使得网络空间著作权侵权司法管辖确定面临巨大挑战。本文在研究网络空间著作权侵权的司法管辖困境的基础上,借鉴管理学的相关知识,针对我国网络空间著作权侵权司法管辖提出了一些建议和意见,以推进我国网络空间著作权侵权司法管辖权制度的不断完善和发展。
The Internet is a double-edged sword, which is facing great challenges in promoting the rapid dissemination of information and at the same time establishing the jurisdiction of copyright infringement in cyberspace. On the basis of studying the judicial jurisdiction of copyright infringement in cyberspace, this paper draws on the relevant knowledge of management science and puts forward some suggestions and opinions on the jurisdiction of copyright infringement in cyberspace in China to promote the system of jurisdiction of copyright infringement in cyberspace Perfect and development.
