Daucus carota, also known as yellow radish and clove radish, is a biennial herbaceous radish genus, originating in southwest Asia. It was introduced into China from Iran about the 13th century and is mainly used for the export of fresh frozen vegetable products , China has now become the world’s major producer and major exporter of carrots [1]. 2012 Kunming, Yunnan farmers market found a new disease after harvest carrot. Symptoms were as follows: the initial appearance of carrot gray surface, the latter becomes black and macroscopic appearance of the black capsule (Figure 1-A), the last of the Hu
