《新闻三昧》1994年第9期刊登的《情洒京九路》“浓笔重墨写精神”一节中,有这样一段话:“我们在武汉铁四院采访时,正是七月流火的季节,有‘四大火炉’之称的武汉市酷暑热得人喘不出气来,……。”看完这段文字使我感到把“七月流火”和“四大火炉”并用起来,是不妥当的。诚然,作者本意是用“七月流火”描述夏天气温很高,酷热难耐的情景,但引用了并非形容炎热的诗句。
