目的建立溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定作业场所空气中环己烷的不确定度分析方法,用来评定测定浓度的检测质量,从而找出影响测定的因素。方法根据GBZ/T 160.41-2004检测方法,建立不确定度数学模型,系统计算各影响因素的不确定度分量和不确定度总量。结果气相色谱法测定作业场所空气中的环己烷,当k=2(置信概率为95%),则U=1.28 mg/m3。结论该方法适用于毛细管溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定作业场所空气中环己烷的不确定度评定。
OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method for the determination of cyclohexane in the air of workplace by solvent desorption gas chromatography (GC-MS), which is used to evaluate the detection quality of concentration in order to find out the factors affecting the determination. Methods According to GBZ / T 160.41-2004 test method, a mathematical model of uncertainty was established, and the uncertainty component and total uncertainty of each influencing factor were systematically calculated. Results Gas chromatography was used to determine cyclohexane in the air at the work site. U = 1.28 mg / m3 when k = 2 (confidence probability 95%). Conclusion The method is suitable for the evaluation of the uncertainty of cyclohexane in the air of workplace by capillary gas desorption gas chromatography.
