人类进入知识经济时代,知识成为企业一项非常重要的资源,如何通过有效的人力资源管理使隐性知识在企业中得以转化并为企业创造更多价值,是企业一直思考的话题。本文明确了企业中隐性知识转化的障碍,并且根据这些障碍针对性的对人员配置、组织文化、激励、培训等方面提出了建议,以促进隐性知识在企业中的转化。
As human beings enter the era of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes a very important resource for an enterprise. How to transform tacit knowledge in an enterprise and create more value for the enterprise through effective human resource management are the topics that enterprises always think about. This article clarifies the barriers to the transformation of tacit knowledge in enterprises, and puts forward suggestions on staffing, organizational culture, motivation and training according to these obstacles so as to promote the transformation of tacit knowledge in enterprises.
