随着电力行业改革的不断推进和深化,供电企业的党建工作面临着许多新情况、新挑战。如何在供电企业中充分发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用,调动广大企业员工的积极性和创造性,卓有成效地开展党建工作,是当前企业党建工作的重要课题。
With the continuous promotion and deepening of the reform of the power industry, the party building work of the power supply enterprises is facing many new situations and new challenges. How to give full play to the fighting role of the party organization in the power supply enterprises, arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees in the vast numbers of enterprises, and carry out the party building work in an effective manner is an important issue for the party building in the enterprises at present.
