诊断特性对于一个机器的可靠性和调试时间非常重要。除了错误检测外,错误的准确定位也不容忽视。EtherCAT在其系统内部拥有多种不同的诊断功能。在EtherCAT网络中,从站设备(EtherCAT从站控制器)通过硬件芯片中的专用实时组件,根据拓扑的顺序处理以太网帧。从站设备在现场总线标准定义的ISO/OSI堆栈的所有层中都有诊断机制。主站的配置工具分别从独立的从站中获取到状态信息,直接报告给用户使用的应用软件中。
Diagnostic features are important for the reliability and commissioning time of a machine. In addition to error detection, the wrong exact positioning can not be ignored. EtherCAT has a number of different diagnostic functions within its system. In EtherCAT networks, slave devices (EtherCAT slave controllers) process Ethernet frames according to the order of the topologies, using dedicated real-time components in the hardware chip. Slave devices have diagnostic mechanisms at all layers of the ISO / OSI stack defined by the fieldbus standard. The master’s configuration tool separately obtains the status information from independent slaves and directly reports it to the user’s application software.
