第一章总则第一条:为了在爱国增产节约运动中,发挥广大职工群众的积极性和创造性,不断创造生产中的新纪录,提高产品质量数量,降低报废率,提高劳动生产率,降低成本,使生产中各项指标迅速的、正常的向上发展,并以多劳多得为原则,及为实行计件工资制创造良好条件起见,特制订本办法。第二条:各厂矿应根据各生产部门不同情况,以生产中的基本环节为奖励的重点,以推动全面生产超额之进行;并须严格防止损坏机器工具设备,及不遵守劳动纪律,违反技术操作规程,影响工人健康,与原材料供应不及时,或降低质量加大报废……等现象。
