党的十六大和十六届三中全会明确指出 ,要鼓励、支持和引导非公有制经济 ,非公有资本是发展社会主义生产力的重要力量 ,并从消除体制性障碍和完善制度的角度 ,提出了重要的原则规定 ,这必将有力地促进我国民营经济的发展。本文针对我国民营经济发展的大好机遇 ,提出当前加快发展我国民营经济的基本思路和对策
