目的探讨中药联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。结方法将53例急性胰腺炎患者,均予生长抑素静脉滴注,丹参注射液20mL+%GS250mL静脉滴注。在此基础上加用中药复元活血汤经胃管注入,并保留灌肠。观察症状、体征、实验室检查、药物反应、治愈率、死亡率。结果治疗10d后进行疗效判定,治愈20例,显效23例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率98.1%。论中药联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎,标本兼治,能有效改善胰腺微循环,提高治愈率,减少并发症及转手术率,降低死亡率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined Chinese medicine and somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Results 53 cases of acute pancreatitis patients were given somatostatin intravenous infusion of Danshen injection 20mL +% GS250mL intravenous infusion.
