“Today’s life has not come by easily. In 20 years of reform and opening up, our country has undergone earth-shaking changes. Now is the best period of my life.” These words came from the mouth of a retired veteran cadre in my office. He was at the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party of the Communist Party of China, which was recently held in our factory.
