本文对我国农业现代化的概念及发展过程特征进行了系统的阐述，认为农业与农村工业协调发展是我国农业现代化的重要特征；提出了加速传统农业向现代农业转变的措施与政策性建议：应把农业科技现代化摆在首位；推动农业生产的集约化，实现“一优双高”的发展目标；完善统分结合的双层经营体制，加强社会化服务体系建设；大力发展乡镇企业，健全农工结合的农业资金积累机制。
This paper systematically elaborates the concept and process of agricultural modernization in our country, and concludes that the coordinated development of agriculture and rural industry is an important feature of agricultural modernization in our country.
