1977年1月～1991年6月,我科收治蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)558例,其中空腹血糖增高43例,因伴发高血糖的SAH临床表现和预后与一般SAH不完全相同,现报道如下.
From January 1977 to June 1991, 558 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) were treated in our department. Among them, 43 cases had an elevated fasting blood glucose level. The clinical manifestations and prognosis of SAH with hyperglycemia were not identical with those of normal SAH. Reported as follows.
