出租车是当下人们出行的主要方式之一,随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,我国出租车行业空前的繁荣,出租车数量也较比以往有了很大的提升。出租车行业的管理和检定也正朝着正规化和科学化方向发展,但是目前我们不得不承认在出租车的管理和检定方面仍然存在着诸多的问题制约着整个行业的发展,尤其是在计价器方面,部分出租车司机为了谋取更多的利益而私自拆封计价器的铅封,进行私调私修。甚至有的出租车司机拒绝检测部门的检定,还有的出租车司机利用脉冲发生器等手段肆意更改计价器上显示的里程数,欺骗消费者,坑害消费者的合法利益。
