控制阀事故的发生某化工厂的生产设备中有一控制阀,是管道系统的关键部件。但投产后不久,该阀即控制失灵,引起工艺流程混乱,不得不停产检修,造成颇大的经济损失。厂领导方面认为这已构成技术性事故,因此要求进行调查。将该阀拆开并经仔细检验,结果发现:阀杆及螺母的螺纹部分均严重磨损,使配合松动,因而导致控制失灵。阀杆材料为铝青铜,压入硬度为160kgf/mm~2,螺母为不锈钢,压入硬度为270kgf/mm~2。在现场也收集到大量磨屑,并量得磨屑的最大直径为50μm。显然,该阀一定是在无润滑状态下操作过相当长的时间,才有可能产生如此过度的磨损。那么是谁应对此一事故负责呢?

The plant leadership believes that this has constituted a technical accident and therefore requires investigation. The valve was disassembled and carefully tested and found that: the threaded portion of the stem and nut are severely worn, so that with the loose, resulting in control failure. Stem material is aluminum bronze, pressed into the hardness of 160kgf / mm ~ 2, the nut is stainless steel, pressed into the hardness of 270kgf / mm ~ 2. In the field also collected a large number of wear debris, and measured the maximum diameter of wear debris 50μm. Obviously, the valve must be operated without lubrication for a considerable amount of time before such excessive wear is likely to occur. So who should be responsible for this accident?
