为了提高高校财务管理水平和工作效率,加强高校财务会计的管理职能,我校财务处和计算中心在校领导的支持下,从1984年开始了高校财务微机管理系统的研制工作.整个系统分三期开发,第一期是在PC-AT单机上实现预算内资金财务管理;第二期是在PC-XT单机上实现预算外资金(包括学校基金)财务管理;第三期是由财务处负责研究高等学校经济效益核算体系,建立人才成本核算系统.计算中心负责把多台微机联成局部网,实现对高速磁带机设备共享和数据通讯等,形成财务管理的完整系统.经过一年多的努力,第一期工程于1985年7月1日试用,11月
