目的:探讨抗生素与二仙汤联合使用对中老年女性慢性尿路感染的临床效果。方法:抽取78例慢性尿路感染的中老年女性患者病例,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组39例。对照组患者采用抗生素进行治疗;治疗组患者采用抗生素与二仙汤联合进行治疗。结果:治疗组患者尿路感染症状改善效果明显优于对照组;治疗后症状复发率明显低于对照组;症状积分改善幅度明显大于对照组。结论:应用抗生素与二仙汤治疗中老年女性慢性尿路感染,临床效果非常明显。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of antibiotics combined with Erxian decoction on chronic urinary tract infection in middle-aged and elderly women. Methods: A total of 78 middle-aged and elderly female patients with chronic urinary tract infection were selected and divided into control group and treatment group with an average of 39 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics. Patients in the treatment group were treated with antibiotics and Erxian Decoction. Results: The symptoms of urinary tract infection in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. The recurrence rate of the symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The improvement of symptom score was obviously greater than that in the control group. Conclusion: The antibiotic and Erxian decoction in treating chronic urinary tract infection in middle-aged and elderly women, the clinical effect is very obvious.
