1981年,Siegel提出了“红细胞免疫系统”的新概念,引起了国内外学术界极大关注。近几年,国内对红细胞免疫功能临床研究工作有一定进展,发现乙型肝炎、急性白血病、肝癌患者、系统性红斑狼疮病人的的红细胞免疫功能,明显低于健康人。本文用红细胞免疫粘附试验及白细胞吞噬试验检测胃癌、口腔癌、肺癌等病人,并同时和胃炎、肾炎病人组、正常体检组作比较。
In 1981, Siegel proposed a new concept of “erythrocyte immune system”, arousing great attention of academics at home and abroad. In recent years, there has been some progress in clinical research on erythrocyte immune function in our country. It is found that erythrocyte immune function of patients with hepatitis B, acute leukemia, liver cancer and systemic lupus erythematosus is significantly lower than that of healthy people. In this paper, erythrocyte immune adhesion test and leukocyte phagocytosis test for gastric cancer, oral cancer, lung cancer and other patients, and at the same time and gastritis, nephritis patients group, normal control group for comparison.
