用于航空工业的50CrVA 弹簧钢丝,各项技术性能指标要求很高。为使该产品达到质量标准,采用碱性中频感应炉冶炼,并经二次电渣重熔工艺重熔该钢。一般情况下,钢中的合金元素在电渣重熔过程中都会有不同程度的烧损。然而,50CrVA 钢电渣重熔时,却反而出现硅含量增加的现象,严重时还会造成含量高出标准成分范围,使产品报废。为此,有必要对电渣重熔过程中增硅现象作分析研究,并在生产实践中严格操作,防止增硅现象发生。
