“万丈高楼平地起,油菜丰产看苗期。”这是我省广大贫下中农在伟大领袖毛主席农业“八字宪法”的光辉指引下,通过长期斗争实践积累起来的经验。 根据我省气候特点和油菜生长发育特性,壮苗越冬对于油菜生产具有十分重要的意义。只有年前(即春节前)苗壮,春后才发得起来,枝多、荚多,产量高。因此提高栽培技术,加强苗期管理,达到壮苗越冬的要求,是油菜丰产的关键。近年来,我省广大贫下中农在“以粮为纲,全面发展”方针的指引下,积极扩大育苗移栽面积,普遍加强年前田

According to the climate characteristics of our province and rape growth and development characteristics, strong winter seedling for rapeseed production is of great significance.
