液压系统污染控制方程是对液压系统污染水平的数学描述。有了污染控制方程人们就可以对系统的污染状况作进一步的理论分析和数学计算。根据污染控制方程的分析和计算结果就可以设计出较为合理的过滤系统。目前采用的液压系统污染控制方程的推导方法都建立在简化系统基础上,即假定:1.污染物只从系统油箱处进入系统;2.滤油器是使系统中污染物脱离循环的唯一元件;
The hydraulic system pollution control equation is a mathematical description of the hydraulic system pollution level. With pollution control equations people can make further theoretical analysis and mathematical calculations of the system’s pollution status. According to the pollution control equation analysis and calculation results can be designed more reasonable filtration system. Current methods of derivation of the hydraulic system pollution control equations are based on a simplified system, assuming that: 1. Pollutants enter the system only from the system fuel tank; 2. The oil filter is the only element that removes contaminants from circulation in the system ;
