思想政治工作是企业长期健康发展的精神导向,也是建立和谐稳定企业氛围的重要手段。员工是企业的宝贵财富,也是企业发展和建设的推动者。为此,本文从以人为本的角度出发,探讨了其在企业思想政治工作中的核心作用,并就如何做好企业思想政治工作进行了深入分析。
Ideological and political work is the spirit of long-term healthy development of enterprises, but also an important means to establish a harmonious and stable business environment. Employees are the valuable asset of an enterprise and also the promoter of enterprise development and construction. Therefore, from the point of people-oriented, this paper discusses its core role in the ideological and political work of enterprises and carries out an in-depth analysis on how to do well the ideological and political work in enterprises.
