本文描述了在电气自动化领域对校企深度合作进行教学改革的一个实验研究,实验活动包括开发来自真实工作过程的项目教学资源和信息化虚拟实训环境、对教师项目教学实施能力的培训、在职业院校开展项目教学的实验等。实验结果证明由企业深度参与的项目教学是成功的,对院校、教师和学生都产生了好的效果,而且改革的方法和模式是可以持续的、可以被复制的;实验也发现了一些困难和问题,需要从体制、机制层面加以解决。
This paper describes an experimental study on the teaching reform in the field of electrical automation between colleges and enterprises in depth. The experimental activities include developing project teaching resources and informational virtual training environment from the real work process, training teachers’ ability of teaching implementation, Vocational schools to carry out the project teaching experiments. The experimental results show that the project teaching, which is deeply involved in the enterprise, has been successful and produced good results for colleges, teachers and students, and the methods and modes of reform can be sustained and can be copied. The experiment also found some difficulties And the problem, need to be addressed from the institutional, institutional level.
