伴随教育业矛盾纠纷增多,构建涉校矛盾纠纷第三方调解机制具有十分重要的意义,不仅能克服诉讼弊端,维护合法权益,同时能提供专业援助,维护校园和谐。本文从理论研究和实践经验探讨了建立涉校矛盾纠纷第三方调解机制的基础,并从组织机构、工作程序、保障机制等方面探析了涉校矛盾纠纷第三方调解机制的构建。
With the increase of contradictions in education contradictions, it is of great significance to construct a third party mediation mechanism involving conflicts and disputes in schools. It not only can overcome the drawbacks of litigation but also safeguard the lawful rights and interests while providing professional assistance and maintaining campus harmony. Based on the theoretical research and practical experience, this paper explores the foundation of establishing a third-party mediation mechanism of conflicts and disputes in schools and analyzes the construction of the third-party mediation mechanism of conflicts and disputes in schools from the aspects of organizational structure, working procedures, and safeguard mechanisms.
