政治学现在进入了一个理论发展低潮期。自然科学知识增长的认识框架与科学革命思想在社会科学共同体中的殖民,束缚了政治学家的视野,也因而是导致这一理论低潮的最深层根源。理论与现实之间的断裂、经验研究与规范研究之间的断裂、各理论体系之间的断裂,是导致这一低潮的另一个重要原因。要使政治学科走出发展低谷,整个政治学学术共同体就必须尝试改变盘踞在我们头脑中的旧思维,树立新思维,彻底抛弃自然科学哲学的科学革命思想与范式理论;必须实现理论与现实的结合、经验研究与规范研究的结合、各理论体系之间的结合;就必须建立新的概念体系,丰富理解政治的视角,以对政治进行全新的理解。否则,政治学的发展将没有未来。
Politics has now entered a period of low theoretical development. The frame of understanding of the growth of natural science knowledge and the scientific revolution in the colonies of the social science community, which bound the field of vision of political scientists, are thus the deepest roots of the low ebb. The rupture between theory and reality, the rupture between empirical and normative research and the breakdown between theoretical systems are another important cause of this ebb. To get the political sciences out of the trough of development, the entire academic community of political science must try to change the old thinking entrenched in our minds, establish new thinking, and completely abandon the scientific revolutionary ideology and paradigmatic theory of natural science philosophy; we must combine the theory with the reality , The combination of empirical research and normative research, and the combination of various theoretical systems; it is necessary to establish a new concept system and enrich the understanding of politics so as to gain a new understanding of politics. Otherwise, the development of political science will have no future.
