要想在21世纪激烈的国际竞争中始终处于战略主动地位,就要大力发展基础教育。因此,实施素质教育是我国社会主义现代化建设和迎接国际竞争的迫切需要。在小学数学教学中,为了更好地贯彻素质教育,教师要转换观念,尊重学生的主体地位,培养学生的兴趣爱好,发展学生的专业特长,从而促进其全面、自主的发展。
In order to remain in a strategic position in the fierce international competition in the 21st century, we must vigorously develop basic education. Therefore, implementing quality education is an urgent need of China’s socialist modernization and meeting international competition. In elementary mathematics teaching, in order to carry out quality education better, teachers should change their concepts, respect the students’ dominant position, cultivate students’ interests and hobbies, develop students’ specialty specialty and promote their comprehensive and independent development.
