目的 :探讨表面麻醉下行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术的安全性及有效性。方法 :对 90例(10 2只眼 )白内障患者在表面麻醉下行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术并观察其麻醉效果及术后视力。结果 :所有患者在表麻下均能很好地配合手术顺利完成。无一例改用其它麻醉方法。平均手术时间为 2 0 0 4分钟。术后 1天及 1周视力≥ 0 5者 ,分别占 6 7 6 5 %和 77 2 7%。结论 :表面麻醉小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术是安全有效的。
Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of surface incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods: 90 cases (102 eyes) of cataract patients underwent surface incision under small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation and observe the anesthetic effect and postoperative visual acuity. Results: All patients under the table are able to work well with the surgery completed smoothly. No other switch to other anesthesia methods. The average operation time was 240 minutes. After 1 day and 1 week visual acuity ≥ 0 5, respectively, 6 7 6 5% and 77 2 7%. Conclusion: Surface anesthesia with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective.
