本成果是将北京钢院研究成功的稀土锰铜铬钼白口铁在合金成份上稍加调整,在峨口铁矿用于制造洗选分离高硬度铁矿石矿浆的2.4×14.05m沉没式双螺旋分级机衬铁。这在国内是创举。 新型抗磨白口铁是根据综合使用几种合金元素可以最为经济有效地提高钢铁淬透性,获得马氏体组织的原理,采用锰为主加元素并辅加少量铬铜钼,既立足于国内资源,又有充分市场供应,而且材料成本低。另外推广应用我国富有的稀土进行白口铸铁的变质处理,改变其组织中碳化物形貌,使白口铁具有更高的韧性,方法简便,效果显著。铸铁的各项性能指标在低温应力解除退火后,即可以达到国外镍硬白口铸铁的水
